WAFTECH # 1
Progress:

1. Run real 3 Cu Pillar wafer. (no issue)

2. Avago replied, ask to test 20 sawn dummy wafer on Cu Pad. (new pending)

WAFTECH # 2
Progress:

1. Run real 3 Cu Pillar wafer. Cannot peel the linear tape. During test the dummy (use Cu Pad dummy follow cu pillar process) is OK. Awaiting optimization tomorrow by waftech (new pending)
